L3MBTL Antibody

L3MBTL is the homolog of a protein identified in Drosophila as a suppressor of malignant transformation of neuroblasts and ganglion-mother cells in the optic centers of the brain. L3MBTL is localized to condensed chromosomes in mitotic cells. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store L3MBTL antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

L3MBTL antibody can be used for detection of L3MBTL by ELISA at 1:1562500. L3MBTL antibody can be used for detection of L3MBTL by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
