GRIK5 Antibody

GRIK5 is a protein that belongs to the glutamate-gated ionic channel family. Glutamate functions as the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system through activation of ligand-gated ion channels and G protein-coupled membrane receptors. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GRIK5 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GRIK5 antibody can be used for detection of GRIK5 by ELISA at 1:62500. GRIK5 antibody can be used for detection of GRIK5 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
