ANXA4 Antibody

Annexin IV (ANX4) belongs to the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid binding proteins. Although their functions are still not clearly defined, several members of the annexin family have been implicated in membrane-related events along exocytotic and endocytotic pathways. ANX4 gene has 45 to 59% identity with other members of its family and shares a similar size and exon-intron organization. Isolated from human placenta, ANX4 has possible interactions with ATP, and has in vitro anticoagulant activity and also inhibits phospholipase A2 activity. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ANXA4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ANXA4 antibody can be used for detection of ANXA4 by ELISA at 1:62500. ANXA4 antibody can be used for detection of ANXA4 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
