TNFSF12 Antibody

TNFSF12 is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This protein is a ligand for the FN14/TWEAKR receptor. This cytokine has overlapping signaling functions with TNF, but displays a much wider tissue distribution. This cytokine can induce apoptosis via multiple pathways of cell death in a cell type-specific manner. This cytokine is also found to promote proliferation and migration of endothelial cells, and thus acts as a regulator of angiogenesis. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene encoding distinct isoforms have been reported. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TNFSF12 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TNFSF12 antibody can be used for detection of TNFSF12 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TNFSF12 antibody can be used for detection of TNFSF12 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
