TRIM6 Antibody

TRIM6 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TRIM6 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TRIM6 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM6 by ELISA at 1:62500. TRIM6 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM6 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
