TEAD4 Antibody

TEAD4 is a member of the transcriptional enhancer factor (TEF) family of transcription factors, which contain the TEA/ATTS DNA-binding domain. TEAD4 is preferentially expressed in the skeletal muscle, and binds to the M-CAT regulatory element found in promoters of muscle-specific genes to direct their gene expression. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TEAD4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TEAD4 antibody can be used for detection of TEAD4 by ELISA at 1:12500. TEAD4 antibody can be used for detection of TEAD4 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
