ME1 Antibody

ME1 is a cytosolic, NADP-dependent enzyme that generates NADPH for fatty acid biosynthesis. The activity of this enzyme, the reversible oxidative decarboxylation of malate, links the glycolytic and citric acid cycles. The regulation of expression for this gene is complex. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ME1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ME1 antibody can be used for detection of ME1 by ELISA at 1:312500. ME1 antibody can be used for detection of ME1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
