NCOA3 Antibody

NCOA3 is a nuclear receptor coactivator that interacts with nuclear hormone receptors to enhance their transcriptional activator functions. The encoded protein has histone acetyltransferase activity and recruits p300/CBP-associated factor and CREB binding protein as part of a multisubunit coactivation complex. This protein is initially found in the cytoplasm but is translocated into the nucleus upon phosphorylation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NCOA3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NCOA3 antibody can be used for detection of NCOA3 by ELISA at 1:312500. NCOA3 antibody can be used for detection of NCOA3 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
