TSFM Antibody

The TSFM protein is a mitochondrial translation elongation factor. The TSFM gene encodes a mitochondrial translation elongation factor (Smeitink et al., 2006 [PubMed 17033963]) .

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TSFM antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TSFM antibody can be used for detection of TSFM by ELISA at 1:312500. TSFM antibody can be used for detection of TSFM by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
