Anti D (CE)

Monoclonal agglutinating Anti-D - reagents are produced from cell culture supernatants of heterohybridoma cell lines. The cells are secreting an antibody of IgM-type that reacts specific with the corresponding antigen. The reagents are used to determine whether human red blood cells possess or lack the corresponding blood group antigen D. These reagents react negatively with erythrocytes of category DVI. The reagents are intended be used by qualified and technical personnel only.
