Anti D incomplete

The Cypress Diagnostics Anti-D incomplete reagent is intended to determine if normal human erythrocytes possess the antigen to which the antibodies in the reagent are directed. The monoclonal antibodies of the immunoglobulin class IgG, which are used for the test serum anti-D incomplete (monoclonal, human IgG), are prepared from supernatants of heterohybridoma cell lines. Negative or doubtful reactions must be examined further with an indirect Coombs-test to differentiate weak or negative results.
