Recombinant Mouse IL-27 Protein (C-His Tag)
The IL-27-encoding gene is similar to the IL-17 family. The mature protein is expressed in the brain and consists of EBI3 (murine) (IL-12B-associated protein) and IL-30 (IL-12A-related protein), which can quickly cause initial CD4+. T cell proliferation; synergize with IL-12 to induce γ-interferon production in naive CD4+ T cells.
