ZNF213 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone ID: LBI1H9]
Product Specifications
Background
C2H2 zinc finger proteins, such as ZNF213, have bipartite structures in which one domain binds DNA or RNA and the other modulates target gene expression. [supplied by OMIM, Apr 2004]. Transcript Variant: This variant (3) uses an alternate splice junction at the 5' end of an exon compare to variant 1. This variant is represented as non-coding because the use of the 5'-most expected translational start codon, as used in variant 1, renders the transcript a candidate for nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD) . ##Evidence-Data-START## RNAseq introns :: single sample supports all introns ERS025083, ERS025085 [ECO:0000348] ##Evidence-Data-END## COMPLETENESS: complete on the 3' end.
