LCOR Mouse Monoclonal Antibody [Clone ID: LBI4G8]
Product Specifications
Background
LCOR is a transcriptional corepressor widely expressed in fetal and adult tissues that is recruited to agonist-bound nuclear receptors through a single LxxLL motif, also referred to as a nuclear receptor (NR) box (Fernandes et al., 2003 [PubMed 12535528]) . [supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]. Transcript Variant: This variant (1) represents the longest transcript and encodes the longer isoform (1) . Both variants 1 and 2 encode the same protein. Sequence Note: This RefSeq record was created from transcript and genomic sequence data to make the sequence consistent with the reference genome assembly. The genomic coordinates used for the transcript record were based on transcript alignments. Publication Note: This RefSeq record includes a subset of the publications that are available for this gene. Please see the Gene record to access additional publications. ##Evidence-Data-START## Transcript exon combination :: AB058698.1 [ECO:0000332] RNAseq introns :: single sample supports all introns ERS025090, ERS025093 [ECO:0000348] ##Evidence-Data-END## COMPLETENESS: complete on the 3' end.
