LeaBiozyme® Salt active ultraNuclease, Tag free
Product Specifications
Overview
Salt Active ultraNuclease LeaBiozyme® is a recombinant nonspecific endonuclease expressed in Escherichia coli (E. coli) . Compared to Benzonase that can only be used in salt-free or low-salt buffers, this product exhibits maximum activity in solutions containing 0.7 M NaCl and retains over 30% activity in solutions containing 0.9 M NaCl. It is provided as an enzyme solution in the storage buffer (25 mM Tris-HCl, 5 mM MgCl2, 500 mM NaCl, pH 7.5) . We have directional protein refolding technology (LeaBioFOLD) and self-developed technology platforms for proteins covering screening and purification, engineering design, fixed-point coupling design, and dosage form development. Protein refolding is a process of recovering protein aggregates in inclusion bodies in the form of misfolded and inactive proteins expressed by prokaryotes such as Escherichia coli back into proteins with correct conformation and bioactivity under appropriate conditions in vitro. It is a key technology for biopharmaceutical companies but a major bottleneck in protein production in prokaryotic expression systems. Leading Biology has been specializing in protein refolding for many years, has a core team with over ten years of experience in this technology and rich experience in its industrialization. Our team is summarizing the experience to form an independent technological system of ours.

Applications
1, Reducing the viscosity of cell lysates and cell culture supernatants. 2, Removing nucleic acid in protein purification processes to improve purification efficiency and protein activity. 3, Used as a reagent for host nucleic acid removal in virus purification, vaccine production, protein and polysaccharide pharmaceutical industries, reducing host nucleic acid to picogram (pg) levels, thus enhancing the efficacy and safety of biopharmaceuticals. 4, Effectively preventing aggregation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in cell therapy and vaccine research.
