Zika virus (ZIKV) infection causes microcephaly and has been linked to other brain abnormalities. ZIKV has a more selective and larger impact on the expression of genes involved in DNA replication and repair. P53 inhibitors can block the apoptosis induced by ZIKV-M in hNPCs.

A DNA sequence encoding the Zika virus (strain Zika SPH2015) M / Membrane (ALU33341.1) (Ala216-Ser290) was expressed with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise. Stable for 1 year at -20°C or below from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and opening the cap. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
