A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) E (C40A, C43A, C44A) -His & MBP Recombinant Protein (YP_009724392.1) (Met1-Val75 (C40A, C43A, C44A) ) was expressed with a N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged MBP tag at the N-terminus (his-MBP) .
