DERP1 Protein, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Recombinant (His Tag)

A DNA sequence encoding the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus DERP1 (P08176, with mutation Cys 132 Ala and Asn 150 Glu) (Met1-Leu320) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and opening the cap. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
