Immobilized Recombinant Human CD111 / Nectin-1 / PVRL1 Protein (His Tag) (Cat:PH50410M2) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Cynomolgus NECTIN4 / Nectin 4 Protein (ECD, Fc Tag) (Cat:PK54220M4), the ECis 1.1-2.8 μg/mL.

The recombinant Cynomolgus NECTIN4 consists of 556 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 60.79 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 72.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
