CD3D & CD3E Heterodimer Protein, Cynomolgus, Recombinant

A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolugs CD3D (Q95LI8-1) (Met1-Ala105) with the C-terminal his-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus CD3E (XP_015290838.1) (Met1-Asp117) was fused with the C-terminal flag-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the CD3D&CD3E heterodimer was purified.

When a recombinant protein is an enzyme, specific activity is derived from an enzymatic assay. Each enzyme is tested for potency by cleavage of a substrate. The recombinant heterodimer of cynomolgus CD3D&CD3E comprises 679 (334+345) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 76.63 (37.75+ 38.88) KDa. The apparent molecular mass of rhesus CD3D&CD3E heterodimer is approximately (50.99 & 40.83) KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.

In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature. Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise. Stable for 1 year at -20°C or below from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and opening the cap. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
