CD32B/Fcgr2b Protein, Cynomolgus, Recombinant (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated

A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus (Macaca fascicularis) CD32b (AAL92097.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Gly 220) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

Immobilized Cynomolgus CD32B/Fcgr2b Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat:PK53968M9) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IgG2 Protein (257 Ser/Ala) (Cat:13504-HNAH), the ECis 4-36 ng/mL.

The recombinant cynomolgus CD32b consists of 211 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 23.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 34 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
