The recombinant rat FCGR2B comprises 192 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 21.9 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat FCGR2B is approximately 35-40 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Storage Conditions
