Lyophilized from sterile 50mM Tris, 10% glycerol, 100mM Arginine, pH 8.0. Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween 80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hard copy of CoA.
Molecular Weight
The recombinant human COX4NB consists of 225 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 25.6 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 27 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Storage Conditions

They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise. Stable for 1 year at -20°C or below from date of shipment.
