NFATC3 Antibody - N-terminal region: FITC (P100975_P050-FITC)

NFATC3 is a member of the nuclear factors of activated T cells DNA-binding transcription complex. This complex consists of at least two components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation and an inducible nuclear component. Other members of this family participate to form this complex also. NFATC3 plays a role in the regulation of gene expression in T cells and immature thymocytes.The product of this gene is a member of the nuclear factors of activated T cells DNA-binding transcription complex. Four transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
