Immunogen
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of human SNAPC1
Target
SNAPC1 is a part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. It binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes and recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box.
Partner Proteins
UBC; TBP; SNAPC2; RHOXF2; TRIM29; NR2E3; HOXA10; SNAPC4; SNAPC3; RB1; SNAPC5

Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
IHC, WB
Concentration
0.5 mg/ml
Homology
Human: 100%
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
