Homology
Human; Mouse; Rat
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Buffer
Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Fragment
Rabbit IgG
Specificity
Two isoforms of SLAMF1 are known to exist; this antibody will recognize both isoforms. SLAMF1 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SLAM protein family members.
Applications Notes
SLAMF1 antibody can be used for detection of SLAMF1 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
