Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

CTRP5 antibody can be used for the detection of CTRP5 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Caco-2 cell lysate can be used as positive control. CTRP5 antibody is human specific. Adipokine proteins are often highly modified post-translationally and migrate in SDS-PAGE at positions other than their predicted size. This product is for research use only. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
