MTA2 Antibody : HRP (OAPB00139-HRP)

The immunogen for anti-PID antibody: antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 652 to 668 of human PID (6), which differ from the mouse sequence by one amino acid.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

PID antibody can be used for detection of PID by Western blot at 0.5 to 1 ug/ml. HeLa cell lysate can be used as positive control and a 75 kDa band can be detected. It is human, mouse, and rat reactive and has no cross response to MTA1. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
