Noxa Antibody : Biotin (OAPB00138-Biotin)

The immunogen for anti-Noxa antibody: antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to 17 amino acids at the amino terminus of mouse Noxa.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Noxa antibody can be used for detection of Noxa by Western blot at 0.5 to 1 ug/ml. Human stomach cell lysate can be used as a positive control. Noxa antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. This product is for research use only. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
