Immunogen
The immunogen for anti-Bnip3L antibody: antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids 77 to 92 of human origin, which are identical to those of mouse Bnip3L.
Target
A new member in Bcl2 family
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
ELISA, WB, IHC
Purification
Affinity chromatography purified via peptide column

Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Applications Notes
Bnip3L antibody can be used for detection of Bnip3L by Western blot at 0.5 to 1 ug/ml. The approximate 40 kDa top band represents monomer of Bnip3L (4) . It is human and mouse reactive. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
