Reconstitution

If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

FLASH antibody can be used for detection of FLASH by Western blot at 0.25 to 0.5 ug/ml. An approximate 220 kDa band can be detected. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
