Bim Antibody : FITC (OAPB00047-FITC)

The immunogen for anti-Bim antibody: antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the center of human Bim. The sequence is identical to that of mouse and differs from that of rat by one amino acid.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Bim antibody can be used for detection of Bim by Western blot at 1 ug/ml dilution. A 23 kDa band can be detected. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
