Eotaxin Antibody: Biotin (OAPB00014-Biotin)

The immunogen for anti-Eotaxin antibody: antibody was raised in rabbits against a peptide corresponding to amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human eotaxin.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Eotaxin antibody can be used for detection of eotaxin by Western blot at 0.5 to 1 ug/ml. The recombinant protein can be used as positive control and monomer and homodimer are detected at approximate 9 and 18 kDa. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
