Target
Cell surface receptor for PLXNB1, PLXNB2, PLXNB3 and PLXND1 that plays an important role in cell-cell signaling. Plays a role in priming antigen-specific T-cells, promotes differentiation of Th1 T-helper cells, and thereby contributes to adaptive immunity. Promotes phosphorylation of TIMD2. Inhibits angiogenesis. Promotes axon growth cone collapse. Inhibits axonal extension by providing local signals to specify territories inaccessible for growing axons (By similarity) .
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
HRP: Horseradish Peroxidase
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, IHC-P, IF
Purification
Purified by Protein A.
Concentration
0.6-0.7 mg/mL
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody is supplied in high phosphate PBS, 100 mm phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.6.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
