Antigen-presenting glycoprotein CD1d1; CD1d.1; Cd1d1
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
This CD1d1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 50-90 amino acids derived from mouse CD1d1.
Target
CD1a is a non polymorphic MHC Class 1 related cell surface glycoprotein, expressed in association with Beta 2 microglobulin. CD1a is expressed by cortical thymocytes, Langerhan's cells and by interdigitating cells. CD1a is also expressed by some malignancies of T cell lineage and in histiocytosis X.

Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
