CD160 Antibody: FITC (OABF01013-FITC)

CD160, a 27 kDa glycoprotein, was initially identified with the monoclonal antibody BY55. Its expression is tightly associated with peripheral blood NK cells and CD8 T lymphocytes with cytolytic effector activity. The cDNA sequence of CD160 predicts a cysteine rich, glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchored protein of 181 amino acids with a single Ig-like domain weakly homologous to KIR2DL4 molecule.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
