Gene ID
406
Swiss Prot
O00327
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized Acetyl-peptide derived from human BMAL1 around the Acetylation site of Lys538.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
Biotin
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using acetylated peptide. The antibody against non-acetylated peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-acetylated peptide.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Wet Ice
Specificity
BMAL1 (Acetyl-Lys538) Antibody detects endogenous levels of BMAL1 protein only when acetylated at Lys538.
