Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Histone H3.1 around the phosphorylation site of Ser10.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
HRP: Horseradish Peroxidase
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Concentration
0.6-0.7 mg/mL
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody is supplied in high phosphate PBS, 100 mm phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.6.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
15 kDa
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
Histone H3.1 (Phospho-Ser10) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Histone H3.1 only when phosphorylated at Ser10.
