Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human S1P Receptor EDG1 around the phosphorylation site of Thr236.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
Biotin
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
IF, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
42 kDa
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
S1P Receptor EDG1 (Phospho-Thr236) Antibody detects endogenous levels of S1P Receptor EDG1 only when phosphorylated at Thr236.
