Interferon-alpha/beta Receptor alpha Antibody (Phospho-Tyr466) : Biotin (OAAF07578-Biotin)

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Interferon-alpha/beta Receptor alpha around the phosphorylation site of Tyr466.

The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Interferon-alpha/beta Receptor alpha (Phospho-Tyr466) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Interferon-alpha/beta Receptor alpha only when phosphorylated at Tyr466.
