Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CD227/Mucin 1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr1243.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
122 kDa
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
CD227/Mucin 1 (Phospho-Tyr1243) Antibody detects endogenous levels of CD227/Mucin 1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr1243.
