UBFD1 Antibody: HRP (OAAF04421-HRP)

Product Specifications

Gene Name

Ubiquitin domain-containing protein UBFD1

Gene Aliases

UBPH

Gene ID

56061

Swiss Prot

O14562

Accession Number

NP_061989.2

Host

Rabbit

Reactivity

Human, Mouse, Rat

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 135-184 amino acids from the C-Terminal region of human UBFD1.

Clonality

Polyclonal

Conjugation

HRP: Horseradish Peroxidase

Type

Polyclonal Antibody

Applications

WB, ELISA

Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Concentration

0.6-0.7 mg/mL

Dilution

The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Format

Liquid. Purified antibody is supplied in high phosphate PBS, 100 mm phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.6.

Reconstitution

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Shipping Conditions

Wet Ice

Specificity

UBFD1 antibody detects endogenous levels of total UBFD1 protein.

Applications Notes

WB: 1:500~1:3000; ELISA: 1:10000
