Ecleralimab
Ecleralimab (CSJ-117; NVP-CSJ117) is a Fab-IgG1-λ2 antibody targeting the thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) . Ecleralimab significantly attenuates allergen-induced airway responses and inflammation. Ecleralimab can be used for the study of inhaled asthma[1].
