PRKACG Antibody: Biotin (OAAF02188-Biotin)

Product Specifications

Gene Name

CAMP-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit gamma

Gene Aliases

KAPG, PKACg, BDPLT19

Gene ID

5568

Swiss Prot

P22612

Accession Number

NP_002723.2

Host

Rabbit

Reactivity

Human

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 1-50 amino acids from the N-Terminal region of human KAPCG.

Clonality

Polyclonal

Conjugation

Biotin

Type

Polyclonal Antibody

Applications

WB, ELISA

Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Concentration

1 mg/mL

Dilution

The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Format

Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.

Reconstitution

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.

Shipping Conditions

Wet Ice

Specificity

KAPCG antibody detects endogenous levels of total KAPCG protein.

Applications Notes

WB: 1:500~1:3000; ELISA: 1:10000
