Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 71-120 amino acids from the Internal region of human Estrogen Receptor-alpha around the phosphorylation site of Ser102.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration
1 mg/ml
Dilution
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
Estrogen Receptor-α (Phospho-Ser102) antibody detects endogenous levels of Estrogen Receptor-α only when phosphorylated at serine 102.
