Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 164-213 amino acids from the Internal region of human CDC25C around the phosphorylation site of Ser198.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
Biotin
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Dilution
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
CDC25C (Phospho-Ser198) antibody detects endogenous levels of CDC25C only when phosphorylated at serine 198.
