Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 479-528 amino acids from the Internal region of human DDR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr513.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Dilution
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
101 kD
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
DDR1 (Phospho-Tyr513) antibody detects endogenous levels of DDR1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 513.
