CCND3, CGD3, Cyl-3, G1/S-specific cyclin D3
Gene ID
896
Swiss Prot
P30281
Accession Number
NP_001129489.1
Host
Rabbit
Reactivity
Human, Mouse, Rat
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 243-292 amino acids from the C-Terminal region of human Cyclin D3 around the phosphorylation site of Thr283.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Conjugation
Biotin
Type
Polyclonal Antibody
Applications
WB, IHC, ELISA
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Concentration
1 mg/mL
Dilution
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Format
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
Reconstitution
All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
Molecular Weight
32 kD
Shipping Conditions
Wet Ice
Specificity
Cyclin D3 (Phospho-Thr283) antibody detects endogenous levels of Cyclin D3 only when phosphorylated at threonine 283.
