Target
SORBS2 is an adapter protein that plays a role in the assembling of signaling complexes, being a link between ABL kinases and actin cytoskeleton. It can form complex with ABL1 and CBL, thus promoting ubiquitination and degradation of ABL1 or with AKT1 and PAK1, thus mediating AKT1-mediated activation of PAK1.

Reconstitution

If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
