TCF3 Antibody - N-terminal region : FITC (ARP72528_P050-FITC)

TCF3 is a transcriptional regulator. It is involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation. Heterodimers between TCF3 and tissue-specific basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins play major roles in determining tissue-specific cell fate during embryogenesis, like muscle or early B-cell differentiation. Dimers bind DNA on E-box motifs: 5'-CANNTG-3'. TCF3 binds to the kappa-E2 site in the kappa immunoglobulin gene enhancer. It binds to IEB1 and IEB2, which are short DNA sequences in the insulin gene transcription control region.

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
